On 24/1/2018  the graduate student (Masters) Russul Salah Hadi discussed entitled her thesis entitled:

(Use of auxiliary materials in the chemical recycling of waste water bottles and their use in industrial applications)

The discussion committee consisted of the listed gentlemen

  1. Asst.Prof. Kadhem Mutter Shebeb  Univesity of technology\Department of Materials Engineering  Head of committee
  2. Asst.Prof, Saad Hanash Ammar University of Nahrain   College of engineering. Member
  3. Asst.Prof. Mohammed Ramaid Gharkan Univesity of technology\Department of Materials Engineering Member
  4. Asst.Prof. Bissam Ibrahim Khalil Univesity of technology\Department of Materials Engineering Supervisor
  5. Asst.Prof. Kadhem Mohamed Abdul Hussein Univesity of technology\Department of Materials Engineering Supervisor

The study examined how mono meres were manufactured by recycling plastic water bottles using auxiliary materials using zinc oxide in two types (94.55) and with different weights (0.5,0.25,0.15 g) and using two types of nano-magnesium oxide and effective thinner with different weight ratios The use of a closed glass system at 190 ° C and the study of the effect of the ratio of the catalyst, the reaction time and the yield of the resulting material, and the analysis of the elements (carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen) ,The results showed that zinc oxide (55) was more productive and effective than the zinc oxide nanotubes (94) due to the large surface area of the nanotube zinc oxide (55) and reduced the reaction time to one hour instead of (7) hours and without the use of auxiliary materials using a simple closed system and economic costs

The thesis was evaluated scientifically by Prof.D.Kazem Kamel Rassen / University of Mustansiriya / Faculty of Engineering and linguistics by Prof. Dr. Akhtar Khallakal Hussein / University of Technology / Department of Mechanical Engineering.
The discussion was held at the Graduate Hall / Building C and the discussion committee was granted a Master's degree for the student.
