Graduation Requirements for Post graduate

Masters students
1-Pass the course of the courses successfully and complete the practical research and deliver the Master's thesis provided that the minimum duration of the Master's course is (18) months, during which the student has conducted at least two seminars.

2-The student will take Pilgrisim test  of the master's thesis and should not exceed the 20 % percentage .
3-The Master student will submit a thesis at least one of the requirements for obtaining the certificate.
4-Passing the discussion stage, which is after the delivery of the letter with a disk to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Supervisory and Scientific Assessment for at least a month.

5-After the discussion, the student will make the required amendments by the discussion committee, if any, and follow up with the member of the discussion committee responsible for the amendments and according to the time period approved by the committee.
6-After completion of the student required amendments and completion of signatures by the supervisors and gentlemen members of the discussion committee and the scientific assistant in the department and the head of the department, the student then withdraw (4) official Hard copies received a copy with CD to the Office of the Scientific Deputy  and  copy with a CD to the Central Library And two other copies with two CD’s to the Department’s library.
7-The student will then perform the procedures of the patent for the purpose of presenting the completion of the requirements of obtaining the certificate to the Department Council for submission to the Department of Graduate Studies to recommend the grant of a master's degree.

 

PhD Students

1-Passing the course of the courses successfully and the comprehensive exam and completing the practical research and submitting the doctoral thesis provided that the minimum duration of the doctoral study is not less than (30) months, during which the student has conducted (3) seminars at least.
2-The student should take the Plagiarism test of the doctoral dissertation and should not exceed the percentage of (15%).
3-The PhD student will submit at least two advanced studies and is considered one of the requirements for obtaining the certificate.
4- To pass the stage of discussion, which is after the delivery of the thesis with a disk to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Supervisory and Scientific Evaluation of at least a month.
5-After the discussion, the student will make the required amendments by the discussion committee, if any, and follow up with the member of the discussion committee responsible for the amendments and according to the time period approved by the committee.

6-After completion of the student required amendments and completion of signatures by the supervisors and gentlemen members of the discussion committee and the scientific assistant in the department and the head of the department, the student then withdraw (4) Hard copies received a copy with a to the Office of the Scientific Deputy and a copy with a CD to the Central Library And two copies with two CD’s to the library of the department.
7-The student will then perform the patent procedures for the purpose of presenting the completion of the requirements of obtaining the certificate to the department council for submission to the graduate studies department to recommend the granting of a doctorate.
