On 19/10/2017, Prof. Dr. Amin Dauai Thamir, President of the University of Technology, gave a letter of thanks and appreciation of the number m.g / 9/1209 to each of Prof. Rana Afif Majid and Assist Prof. Alaa Hassan Ali teaching staff in Materials Engineering / University of Technology. In view of their efforts in supervising the graduate student (PhD) Ahmed Rajeh Hassan, which resulted in completion of the student requirements for study and research before the end of the specified period. The student was also given a certificate of appreciation by the President of the University due to his efforts during the research period.
