Many testing and inspection machines were maintenance and installed by maintenance committee members of Lec. Dr. Khalid K. Abbass and Eng. Mohammed M. Jabbar under supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed A. Zainulabdeen. The round two include:

1. Maintenance of Nabertherm computerized furnace which work up to 1200^o
2. Installation of other Nabertherm furnace which work up to 1700 ^o
3. Maintenance of Carbolite muffle furnace which work up to 1200^o

The round one include installation of Atomic Absorption (PG instrument AA500) with two types, first: with a flame and accuracy of part per million(PPM), second; without flame which contain graphite furnace and an accuracy of part per billions (PPB), with installation of all their accessories. These inspection functions are elemental analysis in liquids with high precision.
