Abstract:
The aim of this work is to synthesis and production bioceramic composites reinforced with novelty nanostructured fillers that may be a turning point bioceramics. Hydroxyapatite and Tri-calcium phosphate selected as vital basic materials and using silicene fillers. As well as the reinforcement of the base materials individually and composite with silicene fillers percentage (1, 3, 5) %.Powders technology is the method adopted for preparing samples for Mechanical, Physical and Biological tests.
The results showed the positive effect of adding silicene on the general properties of the base and composite materials, the best composite samples are those with (25% HA + 75% TCP + 5% silicene) in terms of properties.

Properties of epoxy resin for use in industrial applications
The Paper has been published in the journal
Materials Science Forum
ISSN: 1662-9752, Vol. 1050, pp 103-113 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland Accepted: 08-13-2021
Abstract:
This work aims to evaluate the characteristics of epoxy resins by introducing (1%, 3%, 5%, and 7% wt. nano dioxide silica). Using the "hand lay-up " process, about 125 samples were prepared for conducting tests (Hardness, Tensile strength, Impact, Water Absorption) and analyzing results by (SPSS-Scheff). The addition of 7% nano-silica dioxide particles to epoxy considerably raises the hardness values (85.350+.5150 shore D), according to the hardness results. Statistically, very large variations were observed of hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, and water absorption (Sig 0.01, 0.04, 0.003, 0.02, and 0.002) respectively, and this indicates an improvement in the properties when addition nano-silica dioxide to the epoxy resin.

"The wear and tensile properties of polyester resin modified by cut lemon peel particles/carbon fibers"
This research has been published in the journal
Technologies and Materials for Renewable Energy, Environment and Sustainability
AIP Conf. Proc. 2437, 020186-1–020186-13; https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0096317
Abstract:
In this research study, specimens were provided by polyester full with (5% weight fractions) of chopped carbon fibers and (1%,3%, 6%, and 9% weight fractions) of lemon peels particles prepared by Hand lay-up method. To evaluating (S/N) values with variance analysis (ANOVA), Taguchi's experimental design method (L9) was used. From the results of ANOVA the factors (specimen content and load) were most influential affecting the wear process, while the sliding time factor had the least effect on the wear process. The tensile properties results show that adding particles of lemon peels by 9% improved (tensile strength, modulus elasticity, and elongation percentage) values compared to other weight fraction. Presence of lemon peel particles and chopped carbon fiber with the unsaturated polyester resin was positive for both wear and tensile properties.

Abstract
Researchers investigated new body armor technologies in response to the development of new weaponry. This research aims to create a hybrid composite and test it experimentally and theoretically under ballistic impact. Body armor is designed with multiple layers. The first design consisted of rubber/ceramic/ (Al2O3) rubber/20 layers of UHMWPE reinforced epoxy/rubber. Where rubber and ceramics represent the first line of protection against lead, followed by the intermediate compound. Then rubber was used for the back layer. The second design consisted of ceramic (Al2O3)/10 layers of UHMWPE reinforced epoxy/steel/ceramic (Al2O3)/10 layers of UHMWPE reinforced epoxy/steel. Where the area of both armor was 900 cm2 and an AK-47 bullet was fired at a distance of 15 m at a speed of 730 m/s, and another 9 mm pistol bullet was fired at a distance of 5 meters and a speed of 310 m/s against both armors. Where the results of the ballistic examination showed that the first and second armor were punctured and penetrated by an AK-47 bullet, while the second armor stopped the 9 mm pistol bullet without a hole, ANSYS Autodyn R21 was used to simulate the ballistic effect..

Abstract
The present study provides an experimental study for producing geopolymer paste and examines metahalloysite-based geopolymer with two types of alkaline solutions: sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) mixed with sodium silicate. The nanomaterials were then added to reinforce the geopolymer by weight of metahalloysite (1%, 2%, and 3%) of these three types. The nanomaterials used are nano clay, Multi-walled carbon nanotubes, γ-Al2O3 and Hybrid. After aging for 28 days, the samples were tested under compression, hardness (shore D), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and Differential Scanning Calorimetry. Nano-hybrid exhibited the highest compressive strength and hardness. The morphology was homogeneous and without pores due to additives of nanomaterials that act as fillers in the matrix.

Abstract
This study aimed to enhance the biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of commercially pure titanium substrate using the most modern deposition technique utilized for biomedical applications, Electrostatic Spray Deposition (ESD). To construct the bio composite-polymer base coating, different percent’s (2, 6, and 10) wt.% of Hydroxyapatite (HAP), Nickel Oxide (NiO), and Niobium Oxide (Nb2O5) powder were combined with (98, 94, and 90) wt.% of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) powder coating. And, the hybrid coatings groups were constructed by combining different percents of (NiO with HAP) and (Nb2O5 with HAP) with 90 wt.% of PMMA. The FESEM, EDS mapping, XRD, FTIR, contact angle, and anti-bacterial tests demonstrated that the coating layer was consistent, crack-free, hydrophilic, and had good inhibition of bacterial growth. While the in vitro experiments prove that in simulated body fluid for 30 days at 37°C, the coating layers exhibited a significant capacity for forming apatite crystals on their surfaces indicating high osseoconductivity and the immersion test showed high corrosion resistance. Also, Vickers microhardness and scratch hardness showed that the ceramics particles improve the polymeric coating hardness and adhesion.
