5. Prof. Dr. Shehab Ahmed Zeidan  as a Supervising member

As well as a scientific evaluation of the thesis by asst. prof. Dr Mujahid Ahmed Negm/ University of Technology/ Department of Applied Sciences, and Asst.  Prof.Dr.  Raouf Muhammad Raouf/Al-Mustansiriya University/College of Engineering/Department of Materials Engineering, and linguistically by Asst . Prof .Dr . Laith Waddah Ismail/ University of Technology/ Materials Engineering Department.
After the Members of discussion committee recorded its observations on the thesis, which were  between explanation and correction and the student’s defense of her Thesis and the end of the discussion, the committee decided to evaluate the thesis, and decided to grant the student a master’s degree with a Pass  grade.

Abstract:
Dielectric ceramics are the basic building block of every electronic device, especially for high-temperature applications, and enhancing its dielectric constant, dielectric loss polarization and a high electric breakdown strength plays a key role in producing advanced electronic components. So according to these facts, a new technique is used in this work to improve the dielectric properties of ceramics. This technique involves adding nano and micro (PbZrxTi1-xO3) Lead Zirconate Titanate PZT ceramic powders to the glaze layer of porcelain the dielectric strength for the glazed porcelain showed an increase of up to 30 wt % of the PZT additives in both nano and practical micro. Dielectric constant ԑ", Dielectric loss tangent tan δ and AC.conductivity showed an increase after glazing with nano-PZT higher than in micro-PZT.
