Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum was born in Karrada, Baghdad, Iraq. She received her BSc., MSc., and PhD degrees from the Materials Engineering Department, University of Technology-Iraq, in 2013, 2015, and 2019, respectively. Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum was among the earliest Top 3 students at the Materials Engineering Department during her bachelor's study. Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum completed her master’s and doctoral study requirements within the minimum period of study, and she was the top first student during the doctoral coursework stage. Since 2020, Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum has obtained her scientific (academic) title (lecturer). Her first job position was as a lecturer at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Technology- Iraq. After that, she was joined as a lecturer at the Medical Technical Institute in Baghdad at different departments, which are the Department of Dental Industry, Prosthesis and Orthosis Branch, and Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy. Additionally, Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum was employed as a faculty member at Al-Salam University College, specifically in the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound Technologies and the Medical Devices Technology Engineering Department. Since the academic year 2022-2023 until now, Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum has joined as a faculty member of the Biomaterials and Prosthesis Engineering Branch, Materials Engineering Department, and member of the Iraqi Engineers Union. Up to now, Dr. Sally AbdulHussain Kadhum has a patent in the field of biomaterials and tissue engineering. In addition, she has published numerous scientific articles and reports in national and international journals and conferences in the fields of biomaterials and tissue engineering, dental materials, and composite materials.
