Jamal Jalal Dawood Al-Khazraji was born in Baghdad, Iraq in December of 1977. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1999 and 2005 respectively from MTC and MCE, Iraq. From 2010-2015, he joined a PhD study at the Faculty of Eng., Mechanical Engineering , Savitribai Phule Pune University, Research Place Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sinhgad College of Engineering Pune – 411 041, (2015). Area of Specialization: Fatigue Life Estimation Of Ferritic Austenitic Stainless Steel Weld Joint. Since 2005, he has been a Prof. of Mathematics, strength of material and Materials Engineering Design at the UOT, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2005, he has more than 20 publications in national and international conferences and journals
